PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that can perform on-off control even if a high voltage is not applied, and can completely drop the high voltage to a ground.SOLUTION: The switch circuit that includes a plurality of MOS switches connected in series between a high voltage and a system ground with a source connected with a drain of another element, and switches the state of connection between the high voltage and the system ground includes: a MOS switch 101 of the plurality of MOS switches which has a source connected to the system ground; a MOS switch 102 of the plurality of MOS switches which has the source connected with the drain of the MOS switch 101 in common and a drain connected to the high voltage; a MOS switch 103 having a drain connected with a gate of the MOS switch 102 in common; and a resistance 104 connected in parallel between the gate and the source of the MOS switch 102.
