PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve responsiveness of shape control to occurrence of uneven elongation deviation when acceleration and deceleration of rolling speed are caused during rolling.SOLUTION: A method for controlling the shape of a rolled stock in a cold rolling includes: a step (Step S1) where rolling loads applied to a material to be rolled at both ends of the rolls of a rolling mill is measured as a first rolling load and a second rolling load, respectively; a step (Step S2) where a first plate thickness variation is calculated by using a difference between a first lock-on rolling load as the target value for locking on the first rolling load and the measured first rolling load, and a second plate thickness variation is calculated by using a difference between a second lock-on rolling load as the target value for locking on a second rolling load and the measured second rolling load; a step (Step S3) where a leveling correcting quantity so as to eliminate a difference between the first plate thickness variation and the second plate thickness variation is determined; and a step (Step S4) where the leveling quantity of the rolling mill is corrected on the basis of the correction quantity of leveling. |
