PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device capable of achieving copying control at low cost without mounting an independent scaler for copying measurement control.SOLUTION: The processing device includes: a distributor for generating a movement command to a motor; a position detector for detecting an actuating position of the motor; and a motor controller for controlling a corresponding motor while feeding back a detected result by the position detector on the basis of the movement command such that the detected result by the position detector is to be a predetermined actuating position. In copying measurement control, a probe sensor is attached instead of a processing tool, an input of the movement command is stopped to input it to the motor controller, whereas a measurement result by the probe sensor is fed back to the motor controller. Information obtained by superimposing the detected result by the position detector on the measurement result by the probe sensor is outputted as work shape information. |
