PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for estimation of a rough behavior path of a user carrying a radio portable terminal even if the radio portable terminal is not equipped with a GPS.SOLUTION: A path estimation server 100 receives from a radio portable terminal 10 a first network identifier for a radio portable terminal 10 to connect with a first network 5 and a second network identifier for the radio portable terminal 10 to connect with a second network 4, and estimates a path along which the radio portable terminal 10 has moved, on the basis of the received first and second network identifiers and times when the radio portable terminal 10 detects the network identifiers.
