PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an exposure level of a subject when using a multimodality mammography method.SOLUTION: A mammographic unit includes a C-shaped arm, an X-ray tube, an imaging table, a compression plate, an X-ray diaphragm mechanism, a first gamma ray detector, an X-ray detector, a second gamma ray detector, and a withdrawal structure. The X-ray tube is provided on one end of the C-shaped arm. The imaging table is provided on the other end of the C-shaped arm. The compression plate compresses the breast of a subject with the imaging table. The X-ray diaphragm mechanism is disposed between the X-ray tube and the compression plate. The first gamma ray detector is mounted on the compression plate. The X-ray detector is provided on the imaging table. The second gamma ray detector is provided on the imaging table. The withdrawal structure withdraws the X-ray detector from an imaging area on the imaging table. |
