PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silver powder in which a dispersing agent is stably adsorbed on the surface thereof to suppress the aggregation and which is excellent in the dispersibility in a paste and can improve the paste characteristics.SOLUTION: A silver powder is used, in which a Raman line appears at 1,000±50 cmin the surface enhanced Raman measurement, wherein the Raman line has a signal noise ratio of 2 or more. |
