PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contact pressure from being uneven by applying the contact pressure to a plate as uniformly as possible, and thereby to prevent a laminated plate from leaking or breaking.SOLUTION: A clamp device includes two end plates, a disc spring, and a tension rod. A stack of belleville springs dispersedly supported on a first end plate as one of the two end plates is constituted on the first end plate as a first spring grid. Another stack of belleville springs is dispersed as a second spring grid on the second end plate opposed to the first end plate. One or more modules are arranged between the two end plates, and the tension rod connects the two end plates and also disperses tension force to the stack of belleville springs when the clamp position is at a closing position. |
