PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus in which burden on account management at the time of using a common account is reduced.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus includes a changeover part 421 for changing over identification information used by a user between identification information unique to the user and identification information unique to a group to which the user belongs in accordance with a predetermined condition. For example, the changeover part 421 changes over identification information used by a first user and a second user from each individual ID to a common ID when the first user and the second user, who belong to a predetermined group, succeed in authentication in a user authentication part. Thereafter, the changeover part 421 outputs identification information used by the first user and the second user to a management application execution part 423 and an internal application execution part 424. |
