摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually, independently and favorably drive: a first valve, which switches to open and close by the rotation of a first valve drive shaft; and a second valve, which is disposed adjoining to the first valve with a second valve drive shaft arranged parallel to the first valve drive shaft and which switches to open and close by the rotation of the second valve drive shaft.SOLUTION: A load drive shaft 481 connected to a rotation shaft 42a is inclined into a (-Q) side with respect to an axial direction of the rotation shaft 42a in such a manner that the distance from a power transmission part 48 connected to a rotation shaft 42b increases along the load drive shaft from a (-R) side end to a (+R) side end. Thereby, a separation distance between load drive shafts 481 on the (+R) side is broader than a separation distance between the rotation shafts 42a, 42b, and relatively large rotation actuators 41 can be mounted on a support block 5 without a mutual interference.
