A unit friction pad assembly (110), which forms a friction pad assembly for a disk brake, is equipped with: lining assemblies (13), which are inserted and mounted in the guide holes (11a) of a guide plate (11) so as to be capable of oscillating, and which transmit braking torque from plate-fitting parts (22a) to the guide plate (11), and are biased toward the guide plate (11) by means of spring members (24); and link plates (5, 6), which cause pressing force from a torque-receiving plate (3) to act on the multiple lining assemblies (13), and which maintain a clearance between the guide plate (11) and the torque-receiving plate (3). |
