The purpose of the present invention is to provide a novel form of a device for adhering eyelash extensions capable of conveniently and rapidly adhering adhesive-coated eyelash extensions to natural eyelashes and guaranteeing accuracy of operation. To achieve the purpose, the present invention provides a device for adhering eyelash extensions for overlapping artificial eyelashes comprising an adhesive on natural eyelashes and heating the adhesive so as to adhere the artificial eyelashes to the natural eyelashes, comprising: a body in a form capable of being held by a hand, having a space inside; a support formed at the end of the body for supporting artificial eyelashes, inner grips for gripping natural eyelashes and artificial eyelashes through a form for encompassing the support; outer grips for further gripping the natural eyelashes and the artificial eyelashes while encompassing the inner grips after the inner grips gripped the natural eyelashes and the artificial eyelashes, and heating the adhesive contained in the artificial eyelashes; and an operation portion slidably combined to the outer portion of the body for operating the inner grips in advance by movement and then operating the outer grips.
