<p>A method for compensating for a character ability value according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the following steps: determining, by a server for compensating for a character ability value, whether a character ability value of a user terminal is compensated for when a game is played by the user terminal; when the character ability value of the user terminal is compensated for, randomly selecting a predicted compensation value which is a value added to the character ability value of the user terminal; determining whether a compensation confirmation signal for the character ability value of the user terminal is received from the user terminal; and when the compensation confirmation signal is received from the user terminal, applying the selected predicted compensation value to the character ability value of the user terminal.</p> |
