Disclosed are a circuit structure in the line distribution area of a liquid crystal display panel and liquid crystal display panel test method, the circuit structure comprising a distribution line (201) connected to one end of a corresponding data line (101) and a scanning line (102), a signal test point (50, 51), a first test line (30, 31) connected between the distribution line (201) and the signal test point (50, 51), a second test line (40, 41) correspondingly connected between the signal test point (50, 51) and the other end of the data line (101) and scanning line (102), and a switch control circuit connected to the second test line (40, 41) and used to control the path of a test signal entering the display area of the display panel from the signal test point (50, 51). After the connection between the test line and the distribution line (201) is cut off in a previous processing, the present invention can still input a test signal coming from the signal test point (50, 51) into the display area via the other end of the data line (101) and the scanning line (102), and drive the display panel for display, thus achieving the objective of testing the display panel, and avoiding the confusion of responsibility identification in the prior art caused by the incapability of re-detecting via a picture detector in the box-forming process due to the cut-off of the connection between the test line and the distribution line (201).
