<p>Provided is a coating system, comprising an extrusion head, a transition roller, a base material and a drying oven, wherein the base material spans the transition roller and passes from the transition roller through the extrusion head and the drying oven in the direction of transfer of the base material. The head part of the extrusion head faces the base material and the extrusion head comprises an extrusion head lower lip and an extrusion head upper lip. In the direction of transfer of the base material, the extrusion head upper lip is arranged at the front end, and a channel provided for passing a paste is arranged between the extrusion head upper lip and the extrusion head lower lip. The extrusion head is further provided with a cavity, paste flowing from outside into the cavity and the cavity communicating with the channel. The head part of the extrusion head lower lip is higher than the head part of the extrusion head upper lip and the extrusion head lower lip has rounded corners. Particularly provided are a coating apparatus and an extrusion head, such that the extrusion head can directly coat suspended base material with paste, thereby achieving the possibility of coating on two sides. Using upper and lower pressure rollers to clamp the two sides of the base material at the margins respectively, a single layer drying oven can dry the two sides simultaneously, saving on energy consumption by more than 50%, and saving on the time needed to replace the material. The structure is compact and the efficiency of the device is increased.</p> |
