PURPOSE: A scheduling method in a carrier aggregation system and an apparatus thereof are provided to schedule multiple serving cells while minimizing a blind decoding increase of a terminal. CONSTITUTION: A base station transmits information which indicates multiple secondary cells which are scheduled through a combination coding control channel through a higher level signal (S110). The base station transmits an individual coding control channel which schedules a primary cell (S120). The base station transmits a combination coding control channel which schedules the multiple secondary cells (S130). The individual coding control channel is a control channel which schedules a data channel which is transmitted through the primary cell. The combination coding control channel is a control channel which schedules multiple data channels which are transmitted through the multiple secondary cells.
