PURPOSE: An adhesive sheet is provided to have adhesiveness and reworkability simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive sheet (10) includes an adhesive layer (12) containing an acrylic polymer. The acrylic polymer comprises a polar functional group-free acrylic monomer (A) and a polar functional group-containing monomer (B) as monomer components. 100% modulus of the adhesive layer is 20-200 N/cm^2. The content of the polar functional group-containing monomer (B) is 5 parts by mass or more to 100.0 parts by mass of the whole monomer components comprising the acrylic polymer. The polar functional group-containing monomer (B) is a carboxyl-containing monomer. The adhesive layer contains fine particles.
