Provided are an electrically conductive component and a manufacturing method for the electrically conductive component. The electrically conductive component comprises an insulation layer and two layers of metal meshes that are laid on the insulation layer. The insulation layer is provided with a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, where one layer of metal mesh is laid on the first surface of the insulation layer, while the other layer of metal mesh is laid on the second surface of the insulation layer. The metal meshes are provided with multiple holes arranged in an array. The following relation is found among the aperture ratio, K, of the holes on the metal meshes and the optical transmittance, T1, of the electrically conductive component and the optical transmittance, T2, of the insulation layer: T1=T2*K. |
