PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a follow-up error due to a blind sector or nonlinear characteristics caused by electric motor characteristics in an extremely low-speed rotation region.SOLUTION: A low-pass filter arithmetic portion 16 performs low-pass filter arithmetic processing on a speed detection value Vm. A second torque command value tc2 is calculated based upon a speed detection value Vm2 after the low-pass filter arithmetic processing, and added to a normal first torque command value Tc1, and an electric motor is controlled with the torque command Tc1 obtained by the addition. |
