PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape cutter which safely, easily, and linearly cuts a tape.SOLUTION: In a tape cutter 2 linearly cutting a tape 1, a blade tip line of a cutting edge 10 is biased to a horizontal line and a specified contact angle is generated between the cutting edge and the tape, so that the tape is cut only by pulling straight down without twisting the tape. The contact angle facing a tape extraction direction to the horizontal line is designed so as to be adjusted to an approach angle that the extracted tape faces the blade tip, so that the cutting linearity is more improved. |
