PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a patient's useless radiation exposure.SOLUTION: A storage device 42 stores a radiographic condition table 50 which is radiographic conditions for an IP cassette 14, and an AEC function table 55 including a minimum irradiation time required at least from the start of X-ray irradiation until the actual stop of X-ray irradiation by an AEC function. When the minimum irradiation time of a selected X-ray image detector is longer than the irradiation time of the radiographic condition table 50, a tube current correction part 61 multiplies the tube current of the radiographic condition table 50 by a ratio of the irradiation time of the radiographic conditions of the radiographic condition table 50 to the minimum irradiation time to correct such that the actual irradiation time of radiation is at least the minimum irradiation time. The corrected tube current is set to a radiation source control device 11 to carry out radiography. |
