PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which facilitates thawing in home or the like, and controls drips or the like ocurring in thawing while holding a high quality.SOLUTION: A method for thawing a frozen article includes receiving the frozen article 6 in a thawing bag 5 in whose almost all inside a plurality of aluminum disk-like heat conductive members 2 each having a diameter of 5-30 mm and a thickness of 0.5-3 mm are spread over and in part of whose peripheral seal portions s spaces h for communicating air in the bag with outer air are formed, tightly binding the periphery of the bag in a state contacting many heat-conducting members 2 with the outer surface of the frozen article 6 to form a tightly bound article 7, immersing the formed tightly bound article 7 in a cooled salt water 8 to start the thawing, and finishing the thawing at a time when the salt water 8 reaches a prescribed temperature. |
