Temperature control equipment for a compressor, a compressor component, and a refrigeration system. The temperature control equipment comprises a temperature detection device, used for detecting the temperature of refrigeration fluid at a refrigeration fluid outlet of the compressor; a liquid supply pipeline, used for supplying a liquid refrigerant to the compressor; a liquid supply valve, arranged in the liquid supply pipeline and used for controlling the flow of the liquid refrigerant supplied to the compressor; and a control device, used for receiving the temperature value detected by the temperature detection device and controlling the liquid supply valve according to the temperature value, so that the flow of the liquid refrigerant is increased when the temperature value is greater than a first threshold value and the flow of the liquid refrigerant is reduced when the temperature value is smaller than a second threshold value; where the second threshold value is not greater than the first threshold value. The temperature control equipment and the temperature control method can avoid the problem of the reduced work performance of the compressor caused by rising of the exhaust temperature and guarantee the stable and high-efficiency operation of the compressor.
