Provided are an azimuth correction adjustment-based electric tiled antenna and system. The main body of the electric tiled antenna is at least one electric tiled antenna body and comprises: an attitude sensing device which is fixed to the electric tiled antenna body and used for sensing the horizontal azimuth and the mechanical tilt of the electric tiled antenna body in real time; and an antenna control unit which is connected to the attitude sensing device and used for adjusting the electrical downtilt of the electric tiled antenna body and transmitting to the outside information about the horizontal azimuth and the mechanical tilt which are sensed by the attitude sensing device. In the azimuth correction adjustment-based electric tiled antenna and system invented in the present invention, by using the technical means of arranging an attitude sensing device on the electric tiled antenna body, the technical effects of conveniently learning the current physical orientation information such as electric downtilt, horizontal azimuth, mechanical tilt, etc. about the electric tiled antenna body in real time and performing maintenance and debugging by combining with angle information in an ideal state are achieved.
