<p>An entropy encoding and decoding method and a device using the method are disclosed. The entropy decoding method comprises the steps of: determining whether a sub block to be decoded is a sub block of a last position conversion coefficient; and decoding a group flag of the sub block of the last position conversion coefficient, which includes information indicating whether one conversion coefficient that is not 0 is included in the sub block of the last position conversion coefficient. Thus, since conversion coefficient information can be encoded and decoded using a small number of bits, encoding and decoding efficiency can be increased.</p> |
