PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery information management server, a battery information management system, etc., having information indicating the value of a secondary battery.SOLUTION: The battery information management server that communicates with an external apparatus connected to a battery, comprises: key generation means for generating an encryption key and a decryption key on the basis of a specific number of the battery transmitted from the external apparatus via a network; storage means for storing the decryption key and the specific number after correlating them to each other; encryption key transmission means for transmitting the encryption key to the external apparatus; decryption key acquisition means for acquiring the decryption key stored in the storage means on the basis of the specific number of the battery transmitted from the external apparatus; decryption means for decrypting encrypted charge/discharge information transmitted from the external apparatus by using the decryption key acquired by the decryption key acquisition means; value information calculation means for calculating value information indicting the value of the battery on the basis of the decrypted charge/discharge information; and value information transmission means for transmitting the value information to the external apparatus.
