PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil terminal having a tangling portion with a sufficient yield and a high cutting property.SOLUTION: Coil terminals 37, 38 have a pin shape with a circular cross section, and tangling portions 37a, 38a with a regular square cross section having corners for cutting a coil are formed at upper ends of the coil terminals. Also, rotation-prevention portions 37b, 38b that are subject to press-processing into an approximate rectangular cross sectional shape and can prevent rotation are provided at its intermediate portion. Furthermore, the coil terminals 37, 38 are made of, for example, a wire of a copper-base material such as phosphor bronze of a diameter of 0.4 mm. Thereby, a material loss can be further reduced compared to a case when a belt-like thin metal plate is punched by a die to manufacture the coil terminals 37, 38. Also, the tangling portions 37a, 38a may have a cross section of a rectangular shape, a triangle shape, and an elliptical shape, preferably a shape having a corner capable of cutting a coil, without limiting to a square. |
