PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a processing request to an electronic apparatus from a terminal device via a network.SOLUTION: A server device 110 is connected to an electronic apparatus 134 and a terminal device 140 via a network. A server device 110 comprises: management means 220 that manages identification information provided to the electronic apparatus 134; registration request reception means 210 that receives, from the terminal device 140, the identification information which is read by the terminal device 140 from the electronic apparatus 134 and a registration request for registering a processing request; registration means 216 that in response to the registration request, registers the received processing request in association with the identification information; acquisition request reception means 210 that receives, from the electronic apparatus 134, the identification information which is output by the electronic apparatus 134 and an acquisition request for acquiring the processing request; and transmission means 214 that in response to the acquisition request, transmits the processing request associated with the received identification information to the electronic apparatus 134, to cause the processing request to be processed. |
