PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-based inkjet ink which is excellent in printing adaptability to a poorly absorbing substrate with high hydrophobic property such as coated paper, art paper or polyvinyl chloride sheet, and also excellent in discharge stability from an inkjet nozzle, storage stability and coating resistance.SOLUTION: In a water-based inkjet ink, the total amount of water-soluble organic solvents in the ink composition is ≥15 wt.% and ≤45 wt.%, at least one of the water-soluble organic solvents is a 4C or more alkane diol having a boiling point of ≥180°C and ≤230°C, and at least one thereof is a (poly)propylene glycol alkyl ether having a boiling point ranging from 100°C to 180°C. When the content of the alkane diol in the water-based ink composition is A, the content of the (poly)propylene glycol alkyl ethers is B, and the total amount of the water-soluble organic solvents is C, the relationship among A, B, C satisfy a certain numerical expression. |
