PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe-deposit box device capable of abandoning a troublesome operation table and substantially improving handleability for a customer.SOLUTION: The safe-deposit box device includes: a vault 10; a booth 20 attached to the vault 10, for making a customer utilize a safe-deposit box; and a transfer case for bi-directionally transferring a designated safe-deposit box B between the vault 10 and the booth 20. The transfer case horizontally conveys the safe-deposit box B back and forth through an opening of a partition wall W between the vault 10 and the booth 20, exposes a lid on an upper surface so as to be opened while hiding four sides of the safe-deposit box B together with the partition wall W at an advance position at which the safe-deposit box B is to be utilized by being projected from the opening to the side of the booth 20, and closes the opening by forming the same plane with the partition wall W at a retreat position to be withdrawn from the booth. |
