PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a roughening member (400) coming into contact with a fixation member (105) is required for a broad contact width thereof when a recovery operation of a surface nature of the fixation member movable in a direction (X) orthogonal to a paper sheet feeding direction V is performed by the roughening member and thus, if an edge contact pressure is too high, a defect such as a wrinkle or crack might take place on a fixation member surface layer.SOLUTION: A necessary surface nature recovery area of the fixation member (105) can be secured by a minimum length of the roughening member (400) by configuring a range (Z) in a front surface of the fixation member in which a surface nature recovery operation is performed by the roughening member so as to be wider than a width (X) in a longitudinal direction of the roughening member. Thereby, a breakage of the fixation member resulting from the contact pressure at the edge being too high can be prevented. |
