PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stably synthesizing, with improved efficiency, a synthetic polyisoprene capable of yielding a rubber composition and a tire that are excellent in durability (fracture resistance, abrasion resistance and crack growth resistance).SOLUTION: A method for preparing a synthetic polyisoprene comprises polymerizing an isoprene monomer in the presence of a rare earth element compound represented by formula (i): M-(NQ)(NQ)(NQ) (wherein M is at least one chosen from lanthanoid, scandium and yttrium; and NQ, NQand NQare identical to or different from each other and are each an amide group, provided that each has an M-N bond) and an additive D. |
