PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall surface signboard not needing edge materials and a method of manufacturing a wall surface signboard.SOLUTION: A wall surface signboard includes: a plane bottom plate 11; a body portion 13 comprising a side wall 12 which is stood from the bottom plate 11 so as to surround the periphery of the bottom plate 11 into a closed state and has an opening 13A formed on a top surface thereof; a guide member 26 which is provided along an entire circumference of an upper end of the side wall 12 so as to protrude outward; a sheet body 14 which covers the opening 13A and is bent by the guide member 26 substantially in parallel with the side wall 12 to have tension applied thereto; and a fixing member 25 which fixes a bent part of the sheet body 14 from an outer side surface of the side wall 12. The guide member 26 is a bendable rod-like member having a substantially circular cross section and is fixed along the upper end of the side wall 12.
