PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide powder clogging suppressing means capable of effectively suppressing clogging of powder in a discharge path.SOLUTION: Powder clogging suppressing means 70 suppresses clogging of powder in a powder container that has powder for image formation stored therein. The powder clogging suppressing means 70 includes: an elastic member 65 disposed in a powder discharge path 24 of the powder container; a rotation shaft 55 to which the elastic member 65 is attached; rotation means 50 for rotating the elastic member 65 via the rotation shaft 55; and a regulating unit 73 that contacts the rotating elastic member 65 to elastically deform the elastic member 65 to regulate the rotation orbit of the elastic member 65. After the elastic member 65 contacts the regulating unit 73 in association with the rotation of the elastic member 65 and is elastically deformed, when the elastic member 65 passes through the regulating unit 73, regulation by the regulating member 73 is released, and the elastic member 65 is elastically returned. |
