摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reinforce a power source without increasing a chip size.SOLUTION: The power source comprises: plural blocks aligned in an X-direction and having substantially the same constitution; and plural signal wirings YS and power source wirings V1 extending on the plural function blocks in the X-direction and inputted to the plural function blocks. On the function block arranged at an end among the plural function blocks, a power source reinforcing wiring V2 including a region in which the signal wirings YS do not extend on extensions of the plural signal wirings YS in the X-direction is provided, the power source reinforcing wiring V2 being connected to a power source wiring V1 in the region. According to the present invention, the power source reinforcing wiring is provided in a free space positioned on extension lines of the signal wirings, and therefore, the power source can be reinforced without adding a wiring track, i.e., without increasing a chip size.
