PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulating panel which is excellent in heat insulation performance and has excellent dimensional stability not causing warp, deformation and the like due to aged deterioration even when a temperature difference between both front and back surfaces of the heat insulating panel is not generated during storage, distribution and the like.SOLUTION: In a heat insulating panel A where a closed space is formed by a frame body 5 and a pair of surface materials 21, 22 holding the frame body 5 from above and below, a vacuum heat insulating material 1 is arranged at an approximately central position in the thickness direction of the space so as to be approximately parallel to the surface materials 21, 22, and spaces S1, S2 formed between the vacuum heat insulating material 1 and the surface materials 21, 22 are filled with foamed resin materials 61, 62, the vacuum heat insulating material 1 is supported by a plurality of projecting support parts 4 formed at intervals on the back surface of at least one surface material 22. |
