The system has a tubular horizontal support (1) fastened at an exterior wall (6) of a building. A hollow bracket (2) surrounds the horizontal support, and axial and radial sliding sleeves are provided in the tubular horizontal support. A lower side of a balcony platform (5) comprises receiving arbor, which is introduced for the adjustable arrangement of the balcony platform into sliding sleeves. Conically-formed receiving sleeves are arranged on the sliding sleeves, where the receiving and sliding sleeves are connected with each other by a screw thread.
