PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical film roll capable of realizing excellent display characteristics while maintaining manufacturing efficiency.SOLUTION: An optical film roll 100 has a width corresponding to one set of opposing sides of a liquid crystal cell, and configured to be cut in a length corresponding to the other set of opposing sides of the liquid crystal cell, and used to be adhered continuously onto a surface of the liquid crystal cell. The optical film roll 100 is obtained by rolling up a long optical film in a roll state. The long optical film is obtained by slit-processing a long optical film master roll in conveyance direction while conveying the long optical film master roll in a length direction thereof. The long optical film master roll is obtained by laminating a polarizing film having an absorption axis in a width direction and a reflective polarizing film having a reflection axis in a width direction. |
