PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce generation of luminance unevenness of an organic EL panel.SOLUTION: An Illumination device 200 includes an organic EL panel 10 having a light emitting region R1 and a non-light emitting region R2, and a substrate 20 to which a driving element 21 for driving the organic EL panel 10 is mounted and the organic EL panel 10 is attached, wherein the driving element 21 is disposed at a part of the substrate 20 corresponding to the non-light emitting region R2 of the organic EL panel 10. |
