PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe which can be used for a separation preventing pipe joint preventing separation of a socket and a spigot connected by insertion from separating in the direction of a pipe axis and with which workability is improved by facilitating temporal reservation of a spigot during connection.SOLUTION: A pipe 10 has a socket 1, whose inner periphery side can be mounted with a seal material 3, and the seal material 3 seals air tightly between the inner periphery of the socket 1 and the outer periphery of a spigot 2 inserted into the socket 1. The pipe 10 is further provided with: a separation prevention member 4, disposed between the seal member 3 and an end face 11a of an opening part 11, and engaging with the outer periphery face of the spigot 2 to prevent separation of the spigot 2 from the socket 1; and a flange part 16 protruding in the direction of a pipe axis from the end face 11a of the opening part 11 in a manner of extending the inner periphery face of the opening part 11 of the socket 1. |
