PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory check device in which memory check adapted to an actual operation can be performed when a system is started.SOLUTION: A memory check device 2 includes a system memory 26 and a memory check circuit 23. The memory check circuit 23 writes data for memory check in a memory cell in a system memory 26 via a DMA controller, thereafter reads out the data for memory check written in the memory cell in the system memory 26 via the DMA controller, compares the written-in data for memory check with the read-out data for memory check, and discriminates whether the data coincide with each other, so as to perform memory check. The memory check circuit 23 generates, before performing the memory check, all combinations of a write access, by which data for memory check is written in the memory cell of the system memory 26, and a read access, by which data for memory check is read out of the memory cell of the system memory 26, at a prescribed access interval. |
