PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem of a conventional image pick-up device that when a conductive layer with a wiring pattern formed thereon is provided closer to a subject side than a photoelectric conversion element, an incident light beam repeats reflection between the surface of a substrate provided with the photoelectric conversion element and the conductive layer, and thereby a light beam other than a partial light beam causing parallax may arrive at the photoelectric conversion element.SOLUTION: An image sensor includes a first opening mask having a first opening positioned so as to pass a first partial light beam of an incident light beam, a first photoelectric conversion element, a second opening mask having a second opening positioned so as to pass a second partial light beam of an incident light beam different from the first partial light beam, a second photoelectric conversion element, and a conductive layer having an antireflection film formed on the side of the first photoelectric conversion element and second photoelectric conversion element. A primitive lattice is a pixel group including a first parallax pixel constituted of the first opening mask and the first photoelectric conversion element, and a second parallax pixel constituted of the second opening mask and a second photoelectric conversion element. |
