PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin aqueous dispersion which can sufficiently exhibit antistatic performance even under a condition with less usage of a polymer antistatic agent.SOLUTION: An antistatic resin aqueous dispersion is obtained by dispersing a mixed resin including a polyolefin resin (A) and an antistatic resin (B) by a cationic polymer emulsifier (C), and contains, relative to 100 pts.wt. of the component (A), 3-20 pts.wt. of the component (B). |
