The plate has a subplate (12) comprising a set of grooves laterally bounded in a section at a cross-section direction of the subplate. Another subplate (14) is arranged at a joining side (26) of the former subplate that comprises multiple recesses (34) in the section, which defines slats (36) running between the recesses. The slats are arranged on or in the part of the grooves in a sealed manner such that closed channels (20) of the latter subplate are formed between the former subplate and the slats. The slats of the latter subplate are arranged parallel to each other at regular intervals.
