PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve storage stability without spoiling reactivity in an active ray curable composition.SOLUTION: An active ray curable composition contains a photobase generating agent being a salt of a carboxylic acid and a basic compound, and a polymerizable compound, wherein the photobase generating agent is a salt obtained by mixing the carboxylic acid and the basic compound so that the ratio of the carboxyl group of the carboxylic acid and the basic functional group of the basic compound is 1:1; and the active ray curable composition further contains an acid whose function is lost by light or heat.
