PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core sampling device capable of improving working efficiency while suppressing a cost and improving the quality of a sampled core.SOLUTION: A core sampling device has a nearly annular core lifter 12 internally fitted in a core lifter case. The core lifter 12 comprises: a lifter outer peripheral surface 14 coming into sliding contact with a case inner peripheral surface 13; a lifter inner peripheral surface 15 along an axial direction centering around the axis of an outer pipe; a notch 18 penetrating one place in a peripheral direction of the core lifter 12 and cutting off a part of a circular ring; lateral grooves 19 recessed from the lifter inner peripheral surface 15 outward of a radial direction and continuous in the peripheral direction; a plurality of vertical grooves 20 recessed from the lifter outer peripheral surface 14 inward of a radial direction and extending in the axial direction. Therefore, core holding power can be increased, cores taken from not only a hard rock layer but also a soft rock layer can be held and sampled by the lifter inner peripheral surface 15, and the core sampling device can cope with an excavated layer of hard and soft alternating strata. |
