PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body frame manufacturing method capable of changing a shape of filler depending on a request and supressing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A vehicle body frame manufacturing method includes a step of combining filler parts 615 previously formed in a predetermined shape and attaching them to a base material 62 in a way that a filler 610 forms a predetermined pattern and a step of fixing the base material 62 with the filler 610 forming the predetermined pattern within a frame member and foaming the filler 610 in this state to fill the filler 610 in a space between the frame member and the base material 62. |
