The system (1) has a control cabinet (2), a storage element (3) e.g. battery, and a regenerative power generation device (4) i.e. solar system, staying in connection with a public power supply line (5). A current sensor (7) measures phase current and phase voltage in phases of the power supply line and supplies measured specific signals to an implemented program. The measured specific signals serve for controlling cooperation among the storage element, the power generation device and the power supply line for tapping optimum power from the power supply line.
