PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for converging particles.SOLUTION: A method for converging particles includes processes of: preparing suspension liquid of the particles in a first suspension medium; and supplying the suspension liquid in a channel having a longitudinal axis and a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis, and having at least one cross sectional dimension which is smaller than 100 μm, in which the first suspension medium has viscoelastic characteristics so that the process of supplying the suspension liquid in the channel concentrates concentration of the particles in a convergence area including the center of the channel, and the concentration of the particles becomes maximum at the center of the channel. |
