PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform antenna direction adjustment without influenced by night and weather conditions such as rain and fog.SOLUTION: An antenna direction adjustment method includes: reporting the position information of the own station to each other through other communication means than antennas 11A, 11B of which orientation direction is to be adjusted; on the basis of the position information, coarsely adjusting the orientation direction of the mutual antennas 11A,11B; transmitting and receiving a test signal by a first radio station and a second radio station; measuring the communication quality of the received test signal; when communication quality of a criterion value or higher is obtained, fixing the orientation direction of the antennas 11A, 11B to complete fine adjustment; when the communication quality of the test signal is lower than the criterion value, scanning the orientation direction of the antennas 11A, 11B within a predetermined adjustable range; when maximum communication quality of a criterion value or higher is obtained, fixing the orientation direction of the antennas 11A, 11B having the obtained maximum communication quality to complete the fine adjustment and establish a communication channel, whereas when the maximum communication quality is lower than the criterion value, reporting that a communication channel cannot be established. |
