PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which improves the waterproofness thereby enabling attachment to a panel from the inner side and the outer side of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A grommet 1 is attached to a hole of a panel and includes: a grommet inner 3 made of a rigid resin; and a rubber grommet outer 2. The grommet outer 2 includes: a flange part 26 positioned outside the hole; a rip 22 provided over an entire periphery of the flange part 26; and multiple second ribs 24 connecting the rip 22 with the flange part 26. The grommet inner 3 includes: a small diameter part 30 positioned in the hole; and multiple locks 32 provided at an outer periphery of the small diameter part 30 and sandwiching a panel with the rip 22. Each second rib 24 is provided only at a position between the locks 32 so as to be furthest away from the locks 32. |
